Phoenix Effect bei Ylex Most-Wanted-Contest

Das kam viel schneller als erwartet.   Nur  selten hat eine neue Band so viel Sendezeit bei den Radiostationen Finnlands erhalten, die ihre erste Single erst vor ein paar Wochen veröffentlich hat. Aufgrund dieser Tatsache hat Ylex, die größte Radiostation in Finnland, Broken Promises auf ihre Wiedergabeliste gesetzt. Das allein ist schon eine große Sache, wenn man bedenkt, wie „lange“ es die Band gibt.

Doch das bedeutet auch eine großartige Gelegenheit , die Band noch weiter nach vorne zu bringen. Da Broken Promises ausgewählt und auf die Playliste gesetzt wurde,  bedeutet dies, dass Broken Promises am nächste Woche stattfindenden Wettbewerb in der Ylex Most-Wanted-Show teilnehmen wird, wo „normale“ Hörer die Charts verändern können.

Wir haben nun eine Woche Zeit, Einfluss auf die Charts zu nehmen, ehe die aktuellen Charts in der am Samstag stattfindenden 2-Stunden-Show bekanntgegeben werden.

Und SO könnt IHR helfen:

2. Wählt  Phoenix Effect - Broken Promises from the drop down menu to “Biisi 1″

3. Wählt  irgendeinen anderen Song auf “Biisi 2″

4. Scrollt zum Ende der Seite und drückt”Vastaa!” button

5. Das System bringt euch direkt zu der Seite, wo die Charts der letzten Woche aufgeführt sind. Euer Voting ist gezählt, wenn “Kiitos vastauksestasi”  erschein.t

6. Wählt “Äänestä” –Knopf am Anfang der Seite, um zurück zum Voting zu kommen.

7. Wiederholt dies so oft ihr wollt…und habt Kraft in euren Fingerspitzen.  

Lasst uns Phoenix Effect direkt an die Spitze bringen. Das soll ausdrücken, dass nicht nur viel über den Newcomer geredet wird, es bedeutet auch ein Interview mit Janne in der nächsten Show am Samstag.

Zum Schluss möchte ich noch sagen, wie fantastisch es ist zu sehen, wie sehr die Leute Janne und Phoenix Effect  aufgenommen haben. Erst ein einziger Song ist bisher veröffenlticht, aber ich kann schon das Potenzial dessen, was wir tun können, erkennen.

Und ich muss euch sagen, wenn ihr erst den Rest des Albums gehört  habt, werdet ihr vor Begeisterung durchs Dach gehen. Oh Junge,und was  für Songs da kommen werden!!

This came lot faster than anyone thought. Very rarely has a new band got this much airtime through out the radiostations of Finland just few weeks after its first single is released. Due to this fact Ylex, the biggest radio station in Finland, has lift the Broken Promises to their playlist. Yet alone this is a huge thing when we think about the age of the band!!

But this means also a magnificent opportunity to lift the band straight to one level up. Because of the selection to the playlist, Broken Promises is attending next weeks contest in YleX Most Wanted show where normal music listeners can make a difference to the chart list.

We have 1 week time to make that difference until the new chart is introduced on next saturdays 2 hour show. This is how you can be part of it:

1. Go to: http://ylex.yle.fi/ylex-musiikki/himotuimmat/osallistu&action=form

2. Choose Phoenix Effect - Broken Promises from the drop down menu to “Biisi 1″

3. Choose any other song to “Biisi 2″

4. Scroll down to the end of the page and press “Vastaa!” button

5. The system directs you to the page where the last weeks chart is displayed. Your vote is counted if the page says “Kiitos vastauksestasi”

6. Choose “Äänestä” button at the top of the page to get back to voting

7. Repeat the same as many time as you want and have strenght in your fingertips

So filling every field is unnecessary. But if you want to make the vote more believable, you can of course fill all.

Lets put Phoenix Effect straight to the pole position. That should mean that there is not only huge talk about the new comer but also Jannes interview on the next saturdays show!!

In the end I want to say that it is amazing to see how people have taken Janne and Phoenix Effect as their own. Only one song is released but I can already see the potential what we can do. And I must say, when you hear the rest of the record, you will fly through the roof Oh boy, what set of songs there is coming!!

Witajcie przyjaciele!

Tak wiele się działo przez ostatnie dni, że prawdopodobnie zapomnę o kilku wzmiankach…

Broken Promises naprawdę dobrze radzi sobie w fińskich stacjach radiowych. Stał się najlepszą piosenką tygodnia w Ylex’s X-ryhmä i odniósł ogromny sukces w głosowaniu “Hot or Not” w NRJ’s. W poniedziałek pokonaliśmy nawet legendę, jaką jest AC/DC. Oniemiałem z wrażenia… Jestem bardzo wdzięczny wam wszystkim za oddane głosy. Oby tak dalej!

Singiel Broken Promises został także wypuszczony w formie cyfrowej. Możecie go znaleźć między innymi w tych fińskich sklepach internetowych:

Nagrywamy również teledysk do piosenki na dzień dzisiejszy wygląda to tak, że będzie on gotowy na początku listopada. Reżyserem jest Oskari Sipola a główną rolę w tej historii zagra aktor nominowany do Jussi (fiński Oscar) – Samuli Vauramo. Ostatnio Samuli zagrał główną rolę w fińskim dramacie “Käsky” (http://www.kasky.fi). Historia jest wciąż tajemnicą…

So viel ist in den vergangenen Tagen passiert, dass ich wahrscheinlich vergessen habe, einige davon zu erwähnen.
Für Broken Promises lief es im finnischen Radio als Powerplay-Song der Woche bei Ylex-rhymä richtig gut; der Song hatte außerdem großen Erfolg bei NRJ´s Hot-or-Not-Voting. Am Montag haben wir sogar eine Legende namens AC/DC überrollt!!! Ich bin sprachlos! Millionen mal Danke an alle, die abgestimmt haben. Macht weiter so!
Broken Promises wurde nun ebenfalls digital veröffentlicht und in diesen finnischen Webshops könnt Ihr den Song finden:

Außerdem läuft zur Zeit das Video-Shooting für den Song. Und es sieht ganz danach aus, dass wir damit Anfang November fertig sein werden. Dieses Shooting geschieht unter der Regie von Oskari Sipola und die Hauptrolle im Video wird gespielt von Samuli Vaurano, der für den Jussi, den finnischen Oskar, nominiert ist. Samuli spielte seine letzte Hauptrolle in dem finnischen Bürgerkriegsdrama “Käsky” (http://www.kasky.fi) in diesem Herbst.
Die Story des Videos ist aber noch ein Geheimnis
